Creating a New Task
- Click the New Task button in the sidebar

Fill in the task details:
- Name - A clear, descriptive title
- Description - Additional details and instructions
- Calendar - Select which calendar this task belongs to
Task Properties
Basic Information
- Task Name - Keep it concise but descriptive
- Description - Add context, instructions, or notes
- Priority - Low, Medium, or High
Date Settings
- Due Date - When the task should be completed
- Start Date - When work should begin (optional)
- Recurrence - Set up repeating tasks
Assignment
- Assignees - Team members responsible for the task
- Approvers - Members who need to sign off on completion
Organization
- Tags - Personal categorization that you define for yourself. Different users can assign different tags to the same task for their own filtering and organization. Your tags are visible only to you.
- Labels - Standardized categories defined by the calendar administrator. Labels are consistent across all calendar members, ensuring everyone uses the same classification system.
Best Practices
- Be specific - Clear task names reduce confusion
- Set realistic dates - Allow enough time for completion
- Assign appropriately - Don’t overload team members
- Use tags consistently - Develop a tagging system for your team
