How do I reset my password?

If you’re logged out, click Sign In, then select Forgot Password. Enter your email address to receive a password reset link.

If you’re already logged in, go to User Profile in the settings menu (cog icon) to change your password directly.

Can I use TaskCalendars on mobile?

Yes! TaskCalendars is fully responsive and works on smartphones and tablets through your web browser.

How do I change my email address?

Go to User Profile in the settings menu and update your email. You’ll need to verify the new address.

Tasks

How do I delete a task?

Open the task, click the menu (three dots), and select Delete. Note: Only admins can delete tasks.

How do recurring tasks work?

Recurring tasks create instances based on your schedule. Each instance can be managed independently.

Calendars

How many calendars can I create?

This depends on your subscription plan. Check your billing settings for current limits.

Can I share a calendar with external users?

Calendar sharing is limited to members of your organization. External users would need to be invited to join.

Team & Permissions

What’s the difference between roles?

  • Admin: Full access to all features
  • Preparer: Can create and edit tasks
  • Approver: Can approve completed tasks
  • Viewer: Read-only access

How do I invite team members?

Go to Organization Settings and use the invite feature to send email invitations.
